Anil D. Aggarwal

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Anil D. Aggarwal has been a leader in emerging payments and financial services for over a decade. He is the Chairman and CEO of TxVia, a technology company that has transformed transaction processing with the platform-as-a-service (PaaS) delivery model. Mr. Aggarwal is also the founder of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA), the nonprofit, inter-industry trade organization for network branded prepaid cards, for which he served as Chairman from inception in 2005 to 2009.

Previously, Mr. Aggarwal co-founded and served as CEO of Prepaid Media, a trade media company which created the Paybefore publication as well as the Prepaid Expo conference, both of which are now properties of IIR USA. Earlier, Mr. Aggarwal served as CEO and a director of TSYS Prepaid, a wholly- owned subsidiary of TSYS (NYSE: TSS), and it's predecessor, Clarity Payment Solutions, a prepaid processing company, which he co-founded in 1999. Mr. Aggarwal received a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law.

Mike Blandina

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Blandina is COO of TxVia. Mr. Blandina joined TxVia from Blackhawk Network, where he was Group Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Blackhawk, he operated several businesses, including as CEO, providing financial and processing technology leadership to companies that included American Express, First Data, Diners Club and the IRS. In supporting American Express, Mr. Blandina was responsible for architecting and building the Global Product Platform (GPP), which served as the foundation for American Express’s prepaid business for almost 15 years. He started his career as a software engineer in the United States Army.

Ray Iglesias III

EVP, Services and Administration

Ray Iglesias is EVP, Services and Administration of TxVia. Previously, Mr. Iglesias co- founded Clarity Payment Solutions, a prepaid card processor, for which he served as EVP Corporate Strategy and Planning from inception in 1999 until 2004, when the company was sold to TSYS to form TSYS Prepaid. From 2004 to 2005, he served as CFO of TSYS Prepaid, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSYS (NYSE: TSS). In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Iglesias served as a consultant to several companies in Prepaid on strategic, financial, compliance, and human resources projects, including Prepaid Media and TxVia.

Cheryl Slipski

EVP, General Counsel

Cheryl L. Slipski is EVP, General Counsel of TxVIa. Ms. Slipski joined TxVia from the Philadelphia law firm of Woodcock, Washburn, where she was a partner specializing in complex intellectual property and technology transactions. Prior to that, Ms. Slipski practiced with the law firms of Drinker, Biddle & Reath and Seidel, Gonda, Lavorgna & Monaco. Ms. Slipski received her Juries Doctorate degree from Boston College.

Jonathan Weiner

EVP

Jonathan Weiner is EVP of TxVia. Mr. Weiner co-founded Prepaid Media, a trade media company, which owns and operates Paybefore, and served as the President from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Weiner was President and Chief Operating Officer of TSYS Prepaid from 2004 to 2005. In 1999, he co-founded Clarity Payment Solutions, which he served as President and Chief Operating Officer until 2004, when the company was sold to TSYS to form TSYS Prepaid.
