Will Peppo
SVP, Finance
Will Peppo is SVP, Finance at TxVia. Mr. Peppo is based in New York City.
Mr. Peppo joined TxVia after a six-year career as a senior investment banker with Revolution Partners in Boston, where he specialized in software and Internet banking. Prior to Revolution Partners, he was an Associate at Milestone Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. At Milestone, he was responsible for originating investment opportunities, conducting business and financial analysis, and modeling leveraged transactions. Prior to that, he was an Associate in the Technology Research group at FBR Capital Markets, where he covered enterprise software equities. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Peppo was a Consultant in the Accenture Chicago office, where he focused on delivering technology solutions to clients in the telecommunications and high-tech sectors.
Mr. Peppo received a BSE in Biomedical & Electrical Engineering from Duke University in 1996 and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003.
Lee Butler
VP, Product
Lee Butler is VP, Product Management at TxVia. Mr. Butler is based in New York City.
Mr. Butler joined TxVia in September, 2008 as Director of Product Management. He has over 15 years of experience in the payments industry with emphasis in merchant acquiring and card issuing. Prior to joining TxVia, Mr. Butler was Director of Operations at RBS WorldPay where he had functional responsibility for the Implementation, Vendor, Account, Relationship and Project Management Areas. In 2000, Mr. Butler was a key member of the original team chosen to design and build the prepaid card processing platform for Lynk Systems, Inc. (later RBS Lynk/RBS WorldPay). Prior to joining the Prepaid Division, he was Manager of Banking, Settlement and ACH Services.
Mr. Butler holds a BS degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University. He received his Certified Payment-Card Industry Security Manager ("CPISM") certification in July 2008.
Shay Fitzpatrick
VP, Operations
Shay Fitzpatrick is VP, Operations at TxVia, Inc. Mr. Fitzpatrick is based in New York City.
Mr. Fitzpatrick started with TxVia in December, 2007 as Director, Operations. In his new role as Vice President, Operations he will be responsible for all client implementation and operations.
Shay comes to TxVia from TSYS Prepaid, a wholly-owned subsidiary to TSYS (NYSE: TSS) where, as Director of Operations, he was responsible for leading a team that oversaw the day-to-day projects for implementing all prepaid programs. Shay first entered the prepaid world in 2004 by joing the implementation team at Clarity Payment Solutions, a leading venture capital backed prepaid card processor.
Mr. Fitzpatrick has over 15 years of technology and management experience. Prior to joining Clarity he held positions at Portal Software and Ericsson (UK) Ltd. He graduated with a BSc. and MSc. in Applied Mathematics and Computing from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Colin Fleming
VP, Chief Architect, Infrastructure
Colin Fleming is VP, Chief Architect, Infrastructure and co-founder of TxVia. Mr. Fleming is based in Barcelona, Spain.
Previous positions that Mr. Fleming has held include: Senior European Consultant to TSYS Prepaid; Technical Consultant to RoyalBlue Ltd, a leading provider of financial trading platforms; and Director of Cave Rock Software, a New Zealand-based Internet Services and Software company.
Mr. Fleming graduated with a BSc. from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
Tim Kuchlein
VP, Chief Architect, Data Systems
Tim Kuchlein is VP, Chief Architect, Data Systems at TxVia. Mr. Kuchlein is based in New York City.
Previously, Mr. Kuchlein was Senior Vice President, Technology at TSYS Prepaid, a wholly owned subsidiary of TSYS. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Kuchlein served in various IT managerial positions at Clarity Payment Solutions, before the company was acquired by TSYS to form TSYS Prepaid.
Mr. Kuchlein was previously a DBA for HSBC Asset Management in the UK and performed financial application development for Manufact Data Systems and Geac in New Zealand. Mr. Kuchlein also co-founded Cave Rock Software, Ltd., a leading software development and Internet service company based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Mr. Kuchlein earned his DipSci in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
Sami Nopanen
VP, Chief Architect, Distributed Systems
Sami Nopanen is VP, Chief Architect, Distributed Systems at TxVia. Mr. Nopanen is based in New York City.
Previously, Mr. Nopanen was Vice President at Bear Stearns, responsible for developing quantitative financial modeling software for derivatives risk management. Prior to this, Mr. Nopanen served as Principal Developer at TSYS Prepaid, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSYS, and its predecessor, Clarity Payment Solutions.
Before moving into the financial services industry, Mr. Nopanen co-founded Remedy Entertainment, Ltd., a leading computer game development company based in Espoo, Finland, responsible for hit games such as Max Payne and Max Payne 2.
Mr. Nopanen earned his MSc. in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Technology, Helsinki, Finland.
Matthew Nyren
VP, Managed Services
Matthew Nyren is VP, Managed Services at TxVia. Mr. Nyren is based in New York City.
Mr. Nyren has more than 15 years of executive contact center management experience and has overseen customer service operations in the United States, Europe, Latin America, India and the Philippines. He has designed and delivered solutions for a wide variety of financial institutions, driving high customer satisfaction levels and execeptional bottom line results.
Before joining TxVia, Mr. Nyren worked for TSYS from 2004 to 2009. He established prepaid service operations offshore and most recently managed TSYS's contact center operations for the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Nyren holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Christopher Petersen

Mr. Tay previously held software engineering positions at Paradigm Research and Development (Interconnect Billing Software) and Digital Equipment Corporation (Commodities Trading System), and was a Director at Cave Rock Software, a specialist software and internet services business. He graduated with a BSc. and MSc. (Hons.) from the University of Canterbury and received a G.B. Battersby-IBM scholarship in Computer Science.
Andrew Walker

Mr. Walker is responsible for all company QA including model developmet and product quality across the organization from IDE, production templates to client platforms and switch services.
Mr. Walker started with TxVia in September, 2007 as Quality Assurance Manager. He has over 10 years experience in the area of Quality Assurance and Process Optimization. Prior to joining TxVia, Mr. Walker honed his expertise in the Prepaid Industry at TSYS Prepaid, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSYS (NYSE: TSS).
Mr. Walker has a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and a MSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Bob Wieler
