Carl M. Ansley
Founder and President
Carl M. Ansley is a prepaid technology veteran. He is the Founder, President and a director of TxVia.
From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Ansley served as Chief Information Officer of TSYS Prepaid, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TSYS (NYSE: TSS). Previously, from 2000 to 2004, he worked as Chief Technology Officer at Clarity Payment Solutions (Clarity), a leading venture capital- backed prepaid card processor. Clarity was sold to TSYS in August 2004 for $53 million.
Mr. Ansley co-founded Cave Rock Software, Ltd., a leading software development and Internet services company based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Mr. Ansley was awarded the G.B. Battersby Scholarship in Computer Science in 1994, and received his BSc degree with First Class Honors in computer science from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand in 1995. He currently resides in New York City.
